• Arranging Pick up & Drop off staff on time 
• Planning and allocating the tasks effectively with live scenario 
• Collection of daily remittance and submitting to supervisor
• Submission of daily trip report & remittance report with deposit slip  daily Knowledge 
• Good verbal and written English language; 
• Knowledge of UAE Locations & landmark for Commute Skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills;
• Maintain a professional conduct always;
• Ability to liaise in a professional manner with staff/customers at all levels

Job Description:As a Tele Sales Female Staff member at PlusPoint Building Cleaning Services, you will be responsible for generating and converting leads into potential customers through telephone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. You will be an essential part of our sales team, contributing to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via telephone, WhatsApp, and other means to generate leads and build relationships.
• Maintain a database of leads and customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Understand customer needs and requirements, and effectively communicate our cleaning services to meet those needs.
• Provide information about our services, pricing, and special promotions to potential customers.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities by conducting in-depth conversations with potential clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and follow up with leads.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competition to effectively position our services in the market.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a tele sales or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using telephone and WhatsApp as sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning services or related industry is a plus.
• Female candidates are preferred to diversify our team.
